I went to make a payment arrangement through the app. The app froze so I closed it and re opened it. When I did it showed zero balance owed. It took the money without an authentication from me. Ended up paying my rent a week late. Soon as my phone contract is up I'm finished with AT&T. I know calling customer service is a waste of time. 15 years with AT&T. They have fallen so far.

I bought recently a refrigerator as a gift for my sister. Regrettably, the delivery boys told her not worry about the minor dent and that the brand would take care. However, when Samsung technician came for installation, he reported that the product would not work as the senor unit was not functioning and even if repaired it would not function well. I came for a 1-week break from my overseas posting and spent 4 days following up with Flipcart and Samsung to take the product back as it was a brand new product which was not functioning. Both blamed each other and no action even after 14 days! I wrote to Grievance Officer Flipcard, who did not even care to respond my repeated email communications. After many mails and calls, we were informed that Flipcart could not do anything else!Samsung has not sent a technician yet! I lost Rs 30,000 and invaluable time and peace of mind! I have already deactivated my flipcart account and sadly it is not allowing me to delete the account! Very disappointed, disillusioned with such an international company. I am exploring legal options and hopefully approach consumer court once I return to India as I have a job denial card from Samsung stating it was the online supplier's responsibility to return the product!

The ask a question editor is really horrible and not user friendly at all. They had a good editor which they changed recently for the worse. It is really frustrating that the question after submission cannot be edited or deleted. If you accidentally hit the carriage return key, question gets submitted and will end up with duplicates with no way to delete them. When I view the question, I see the image uploaded however the question is returned back saying no image. And there is simply no way to add/update image. There are other issues with the editor, copy-paste does not work all the time.Good luck if you want to get any help, the virtual assistant is utterly useless, same if you try to text the contact number.

I use it daily to filter out consultation requests, easily do post project client surveys, and any number of other things in our business. I would highly recommend if you need something that is user friendly, flexible, and always improving.

If you fall victim to a troll, it will be your account that gets deleted.I had user MsCheap1 criticize my post in one of the public forums, call me a troll, and tell me to “stay in Indiana”. I emailed her in private, called her a “B”, and set her straight. My post was deleted due to someone’s hypersensitivity, likely hers. I reposted a more gently worded version. She posted a comment warning people about me. Flagged her comment as harassment and TripAdvisor did nothing. Instead, they deleted mine and somebody else’s subsequent responses addressing her post. Found an email for TripAdvisor and emailed them directly. They ended up shutting my account down.This was a clear-cut case of trolling, but I got the shaft and the troll got to keep her account. Despite being a level 6 contributor, TripAdvisor shut my account down without saying a word, and they won’t answer my emails. I’ve had other issues where they’ve arbitrarily taken my review down and dance around giving you an answer why. Usually, it’s a dangling “because your review does not meet our guidelines”. When you ask why it doesn’t meet their guidelines, they say because it doesn’t meet their guidelines.

I contacted the costumer service two months ago and they haven't been able to resolve my query since then. I keep receiving emails, every time from a different person, with the same text (probably copied and pasted), which is absolutely irrelevant, and we aren't getting anywhere.

There need to be a way to report the drivers who really don't want to drive. The drivers who purposely accept a ride and drive to a parking lot waiting for a cancelation or who holds the ride for 15 minutes plus while finishing up a ride and cancel once the ride is finished. They've just wasted 20 plus minutes of your life and you're running late due to foolishness and a terrible business model. Those issues are off putting and needs to be fixed. Then to make issues worse, there is no one to hear your complaint so the problem continues. AI can't take over soon enough. Those that want to work and know how to will survive. Lyft is bad business. Tighten up.
