GOOGLE FI changed my simply unlimited…

GOOGLE FI changed my simply unlimited plan to the plan with over seas calling, Jumping my bill from $90 to $200. I bite the bullet pay the amount after hours of trying to get them to fix their mistake. Then 3 weeks later, i see that my bill is $580! I quickly call and ask why it went up so much! I was told that i had violated the terms to my promotion, and I owed the full amount of the phone. This is a very interesting accusation due to the fact I have no clue what this even means, i cant even set up my own phone i have my partner do it for me. so i call 4 days before my bill is overdue, I get ahold of customer support and she's just telling me its my fault, i violated the terms whatever. i explain that i haven been using the same phone this entire time. so she send my account up to the promotions team, i wait a day for them to contact me and i get nothing. so now im 2 days away from getting my phone shut off, and no answers from google fi support. I call again the day before my phone gets shut off, i talk to support and ask for a manager, this is an urgent matter i need solved soon as possible. everytime i call the support team and ask for a manager im told i would get a call in 30 min to an hour. i wait all day for this call and reveieve nothing of the sort. im still waiting for this call the day my phone gets shut off. i just moved to a different state, waiting to get calls back from jobs and interviews, I drive to a large city where i don't know the layout to conduct a job interview, using google maps, i am about half way their when my phone service is suspended. my maps stops working and i have to buy a map to find the location of this job. i talk to the support team when i find wifi at a food court, and the team again says" wait for the mamagers call" at this time i have no service and can only use wifi to call. i go to a Verizon store and purcase new phones, and get a new plan. Today the day after my phone was shut off, i get an email from the promotion support team, and they that i didnt violate my promotion and its all good. Well my bill is still $580. i call to ask them if I can just return the phones, this time to support team tells me the manager doesn't call people back, they email you back. the past week Ive been waiting for a phone call, changing my schedule so i can be available for this phone call that doesn't even happen! of course i cant return my phone cause its past the return date, which seems like a coincidence. ive been through the ringer with the support team, and they are still trying to get me to pay for this issue that was their fault.
