Paid for extra legroom seats - except they were next to the galley (which we were not made aware of). Could not stretch legs without being disturbed by passengers and crew. Constantly being touched, interrupted and banged into by trolleys. Seat was at the aisle near the back of the plane. Do not book these seats if you want a nice flight. Did not get a wink of sleep. This seat should not be here!

I've been using Quickbooks online for several years and have always found the platform easy to use and navigate. This was my first time reaching out to customer support who were excellent in resolving my issue. A quick screen share and a very patient and polite customer support agent had me up and running again in no time.

Bought a Nokia X30 eco friendly phone, did not work on opening, terrible customer service will not offer a refund or replacement, want me to send the phone on a very non eco friendly round trip of over 2400 miles to Romania for them to fix it. The company says they are eco friendly, they definitely are not with things like this. £400 worth of phone, that does not work and that I have to send away for weeks to Romania. The worst company and customer service I have ever had! They ignore uk law like the Consumer Credit Act 2015 and don't seem helpful at all,

I only purchased my first Lego set within the last year and I had so much fun putting it together but when I came to the last bag I had pieces missing and the fun I had was ruined. I’d spent hours invested only for it to be soured. Yes Lego sent replacement pieces but I had to wait for days and it completely ruined the satisfaction of starting the project and finishing it. I purchased the Lego Batman helmet and it did look fantastic when complete so I then purchased more and to date I have purchased 4 helmets, 2 of the gauntlets and the x wing. One only of those sets had all the pieces and that was the x wing, out of 7 that is atrocious. How can such a big company be so incompetent. I complained after the first 2 and I received a very ungenerous voucher not even to the value of a helmet. I was even told that Lego weigh out the pieces so there can’t be this many faults. I’m sorry but that is a lie and here is why. Every set of Lego I’ve has had spare pieces in the bags and not just a few but quite a lot. So how could they possibly be weighed for accuracy? Just a throw away customer service line. After the last helmet had missing pieces I complained again only to be told I’d already received a voucher the time before so what is my problem. After that I didn’t buy another one for a while but when I saw the iron man gauntlet I had to and thought surely it couldn’t happen again. Of course it did, the last bag had two pieces missing so now I’m waiting for the pieces after spending hours invested I’m finishing it. You’d think after such incompetent business practice they would do and spend whatever it takes to get it to you quickly but no they advise 9-12 business days so they must use the cheapest post service possible. I’ve given you all the facts and you can make up your own mind about what kind of a company Lego is and what they think of their customers but for a wealthy company to put such little effort into the most basic task of ensuring you get in the box what you paid for with your money and then to not even spend the money to get you the parts they failed to send in a good reasonable time I can only say that Lego does not care about the customer.And yes the sets look brilliant when they are all assembled but Lego really does strip all the fun out of it along the way.

It’s a shame you can’t give a review of no stars. The previous version of the app was great but the absence of “my news” means it’s so difficult to find content you want to read. I used to jump onto the BBC app regularly but now I go elsewhere. The content itself is still great - but navigation is terrible. Hoping you take the recurrent feedback on board. Fingers crossed.

AliExpress promised me 3 items for $0.99 total (33 cents each), but I was charged full price. I was able to cancel two, but the third was locked and cannot be canceled. This is false advertising and I want a full refund for the third item yet they still haven’t given it to me. I hate them.

On the 4th of October we placed an online order from Samsung PT for a Flip4 phone, Watch 5 pro, and a few other items like a charger (which is no longer supplied) and a wireless charger all at once. The items were all delivered individually one by one over a long period of time, which is fine, but we were informed we had 14 days from receipt to make any return request using their online process.....So when we decided to return the phone as we weren't happy with it, there was nowhere on their site to actually request a return... ( a button did recently appear on the "my orders" page, but only after all the items on the order were delivered, but of course, by then the 14 days had long passed for the phone).Anyway, 2 days after actually receiving the phone we did call Samsung customer support and explained we wanted to return the phone and were unable to do so on their site. After multiple calls and speaking to several people ( who kept telling us they had a problem with their system), we finally found someone who said they will arrange for the phone to be collected and told us we would be notified by the transport company when they would come to collect.We were also told that we could not just return the phone but had to return the charger as well due to some discount having been applied....no problem. Quite a few days later (26th October), without any prior notice, the transport company arrived at the house saying they'd come to collect the Samsung return so we had to rush and quickly pack the items and hand them over. We asked if we weren't supposed to receive any paper or any form of confirmation from them stating that they had collected the items and they said no it would show up on the Samsung site automatically... which of course it never did!To this day (15th November), we have still not received the refund, no indication on the Samsung site of any return, nor any confirmation from Samsung that they have received the returned items.Every time we call Samsung customer service they say they cannot help us as their system is down and they cannot confirm whether the items have arrived in their warehouse..... they keep promising to speak to their warehouse/logistics department and call us back the same day but never do and we end up having to call them back every few days to follow up, only to get told the same "system problem" story over and over again.Really is Unbelievable how one of the world's supposedly largest tech companies seems to always have problems with their "system" and are unable to have a straight-forward returns process or enable their customer support unit to actually do anything to support their customers...

As a customer, I paid for website domain name, hosting, SSLs etc. and I expect domain.com to handle all technical nuances to keep the website up and running. Although I paid for SSL, my website has been showing certificate expired for more than 291 days. I have reached out to customer service multiple times, and every time associate does something and ask for 1-3 business days for resolution. There were never follows up to validate if the issue is resolved. Representative keeps blaming me that I was not responding to email and I have only reached out twice for help. There was no proper acknowledgement of the trouble that I have gone through. This is not acceptable! For now, I have given 24hrs notice again to wait for one more email to verify SSL. I don't understand why the customer to has to do all the technical steps. I expect more from domain.com team!

I bought on line in the sale a hooded top for £27.30 but at the check out as I was paying it suddenly switched to normal price of £39. Immediately rang customer service to get a refund of the over payment but they were USELESS. I now have to take delivery of an item I don’t want because they have fiddled the cost at the last minute, then return the item and wait for a full refund. DISGUSTED !!!!! I wanted to speak to a manager of the all centre but they refused.
