Charged twice for service that didn't work half the time. Purchased GoPro Quick from Google Play May '22Purchased GoPro Subscription from GoPro in June '22Effectively entitled to GoPro Quick twice, although didn't work for half the year.Google Play auto renewed GoPro Quick app in May 23, despite already having entitlement via GoPro Subscription until end of June '23Contacted GoPro, who said contact Google for refund.Contacted Google, who said must contact GoPro for refund, as they have passed money on.Contacted GoPro, who say contact Google for refund.Rediculous?Very poor service!Hours wasted in chat to both Google and GoPro. All chats saved for reference. Neither company able to escalate, simply say outside of policy.I would actually purchase the GoPro Subscription, but not paying twice for the same service two years running.
