WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHIPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Worse customer experience I've ever had!!I ordered the gopro10 over two weeks ago so I could take it on my overseas trip on Thursday. Shipping to NZ 3-10 days at a cost of $65, at that price I would have expected it in 3 days. The first two customer service agents just repeated the company line of "we have your order and when it gets shipped you will receive a tracking no" The third CS agent tried to do the same, but by the end of our conversation said he would put a priority on it and then today, they tell me there was a system glitch and the order was cancelled yesterday, I am fuming!!! Their email response "We'll be taking full ownership and accountability of the entire experience you had, and we do understand that this is not what you have expected, but we'll definitely make sure that you get refunded as soon as possible as well." Well, I would hope so after that shambles! I will never order from you again.Thanks for nothing and sort your shipping out :(
