Go pro UK is a joke, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Besides the fact they Impossible to get in contact with, and still blaming COVID for your failings I bought a hero 9 over a week ago and I has never arrived! I finally got a response to my emails today with them they saying that my verified PayPal shipping address is not valid. They are demanding that I supply a door number for my house that does not have a number just a name. They told me I have to supply a door number or they won’t ship the product. What should I do just make one up? Half the houses in the uk only have names. I have opened a case with PayPal to get my money back and will never use their products again. Absolutely ridiculous
