Absolutely awful customer service. I buy a lot of tech and in general very happy with all services. GoPro support is by far the worse ever. They need to replace the team with people who actually want to help - and the blame is solely with the management for poor training and/or hire selection. They should be ashamed of their perception vs their otherwise good product. Do not buy a GoPro and expect any decent service should something be wrong. Trust your purchase and expect to have no one to reach out to in a time of need.Shocking.
