THIS WAS THE WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I got sick with severe bronchitis and sinus infection right before my flight. I was having difficulty breathing and coughing non-stop due to lungs that were full of mucus. I was extremely sick and in NO shape to fly 20 hours to Mumbai. I contacted Emirates regarding this matter, providing them with a 5 day notice ahead of my flight out of courtesy that I was sick and needed to move the date of my flight forward a few days to accommodate for my illness so that I could recover before flying. THEY DID NOT CARE. Emirates said they would charge me nearly $400 to shift the date of my flight date forward. They required me to contact my travel agency that I used to book the flight and have me submit a medical waiver to have Emirates "consider" waiving the exorbitant re-scheduling fee. I went to my physician and submitted all the appropriate medical documentation, including a letter from my physician directly saying that I am "unfit to fly" given my poor health status. You know how much Emirates cared about my illness? Not one damn iota. Despite all of this, Emirates REJECTED my medical waiver on the ground stating that a member of my family would have to DIE before they would waive their outrageous re-scheduling fee. THIS IS A SHAME. You're telling me a multi-billion-dollar per year airline cannot support their customers by waiving a re-scheduling fee when the passenger is CLEARLY unable to fly due to health problems?? This is an absolute disgrace. THIS WAS THE WORST experience I have ever had with ANY airline. And I fly A LOT and have flown on MANY airlines. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER fly Emirates again and I will tell me HORRIBLE story to everyone within my extensive network who is considering flying with Emirates. They have HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service. Absolutely disappointing. Please, NEVER FLY EMIRATES.

Second year of membership and have visited some fabulous places. Worth it if you split the cost with a friend. We used public transport to get to all the venues and are now venturing further afield. Some of the guides have been superb. The staff, most of them volunteers are wonderful. Only had one member of staff who was less than helpful. The app is thorough and handbook and magazine are a good read.

Tried submitting a listing for a major new attraction where I live and received an email saying that they are not publishing it. Since the attraction was opened it has achieved over 110 5* TripAdvisor reviews in just a month. It is the only attraction of its kind in the UK - if that isn't a 'unique travel opportunity' then I'm not sure what is! Rubbish site, not fit for purpose against it's own set of criteria. Won't bother using it again in future.

I spoke to customer services because they left my expensive parcel outside someone else's door. If I hadn't located my parcel as quick as I had, someone could have easily stolen it because it was just left in full view of people passing. Any parcels that are successfully delivered are just dumped outside my door and left, they never ring my doorbell to hand my parcel directly to me. I told customer services this was happening as well. The situation hasn't improved, because the following day, they dumped a parcel and left again. They rang the doorbell that time, but didn't even allow me the time to answer the door. I pay for Amazon Prime as well, for an unacceptable service.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Themegrill.I've used Wordpress to run my website for several years now. Sometimes I need support and that's where Themegrill really excel.I've used other companies themes before and the support was just not there. I find Themegrill super attentive and helpful. This is important as platforms like Wordpress can be a bit of a minefield at times, if you're not so technically minded with how the Wordpress dashboard is set up.On top of that, Themegrill offer beautiful themes which are constantly updated. If I changed my theme I would definitely choose another of Themegrill's rather than looking elsewhere, I really trust them and am happy I found them.

My plan has suddenly increased from £35 per month to £53 per month to suit 'their retail pricing'. They haven't taken in to account what I need as a customer at all and I can see that there are other plans which are cheaper and suit me better. I will be cancelling this plan as soon as possible. My advice, don't touch with a barge pole!!
