Manager didn't want to resolve Guitar Center error

The store sales manager, Jake, attempted to give me different item than the one I purchased online. Another employee brought the pick up order to the front, but when I asked by the item was not the item I selected online he had to ask Jake, then told me I made a mistake and it was the correct item. I had to ask for the employee to validate the order in the system and confirm that it was the wrong item. Jake didn't attempt to intervene to resolve the matter even after the employee had to walk across the store to get assistance a few times. The manager, Jake, never apologized after insisting I made a error and made the entire interaction unpleasant . I spent 30 minutes trying to take home the item. Jake stopped assisting me on two occasions to help other customer, leaving me waiting for an unnecessary time. I was most upset by the fact that he implied I was the party who made an error and never acknowledge the mistake was on the part of Guitar Center and made resolving the error a negative experience.
