Manager didn't want to resolve Guitar Center error

The store sales manager, Jake, attempted to give me different item than the one I purchased online. Another employee brought the pick up order to the front, but when I asked by the item was not the item I selected online he had to ask Jake, then told me I made a mistake and it was the correct item. I had to ask for the employee to validate the order in the system and confirm that it was the wrong item. Jake didn't attempt to intervene to resolve the matter even after the employee had to walk across the store to get assistance a few times. The manager, Jake, never apologized after insisting I made a error and made the entire interaction unpleasant . I spent 30 minutes trying to take home the item. Jake stopped assisting me on two occasions to help other customer, leaving me waiting for an unnecessary time. I was most upset by the fact that he implied I was the party who made an error and never acknowledge the mistake was on the part of Guitar Center and made resolving the error a negative experience.

Nothing was transparent in the beginning, I thought I would give it a try :)Shutterstock pays more, I got today $3 for 2 photos.So be careful, do not give away your best images to Canva.

I have been with AT&T for 20 years, that ends now!

i have been with AT&T for 20 years. I went in to our local store to upgrade, I was shocked when my bill finally posted. I told the sales person in the store that I did not want the protection plan. It was on my bill along with the AT&T next up. I couldnt get through on the phone so I chatted with a rep. who said if its been under 2 weeks, I need to go back into the store. I did and local store said the protection plan and Next up are automatically added. To cancel you have to go online through the app. which still leaves me oweing the fees. I am furiuos. Not only did theyput the charges on my bill, the local salesperson never said anything about it to me.

Lack of accountability and contact details = not trustworthyA substantial cancellation fee prevented me from cancelling the subscription today. The only way to communicate with Adobe was though a chat option. The person communicating with me did not answer my questions but confirmed my subsciption would continue until June 25 with an option 'to manage my account' a month before. However, when I tried to use Adobe straight after the chat, I received an error message informing me my license has expired, despite having paid the monthly fee.An email to the only email address available was returned with a message the inbox was not monitored and to go to the online chat, the very one that was unhelpful previously. A waste of money.

Biggest scammers

I had a very disappointing experience using Agoda and would caution others to be careful when booking through their platform. I stayed at a property listed on Agoda where I encountered serious issues — including illegal drug use at the location — which I reported to Agoda immediately. Despite the severity of the situation, they continued to advertise the property and failed to take timely action or follow up with the property management for over two weeks.To make matters worse, my £80 deposit was never returned. After multiple follow-ups, Agoda finally responded but suggested that I provide a bank letter confirming I wasn’t disputing the charge — implying that my decision to raise a dispute was the reason they wouldn't assist further. This felt like an indirect threat and an attempt to pressure me into cancelling a legitimate complaint rather than addressing the issue professionally.It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a lack of accountability and customer support from a global booking platform. I expected more integrity and responsibility, especially when safety concerns are involved. Proceed with caution.

If you want to be scammed hard for honest payments then use Venmo

DO NOT USE THIS "SERVICE". Wish I would have checked this way sooner and I could have saved myself a law suit. Long story short: I used Venmo for a while without incident. No problems... UNTIL...I was paid by a fella that was living with me temporarily and had no other way to pay the bills. So, Venmo it was. Little did I know:1. If ANYONE that pays you gets mad at you one day, they will just pay them back without evidence and claim you now owe THEM for the amount you were paid. Why? By their claim its because it is against the terms of service to get paid by anyone that ever has a problem with you in the future. So, the claim can be totally false, the comment or label can prove that you were paid for what they said in honesty, you can have bank statements or bill payments that can prove it, and it wont mean a damn. What does this mean?? Anyone you get paid from on Venmo can just make a claim and you will be in debt for the amount they paid. No evidence needed, they wont even ask for your side of things. DO NOT USE THIS "SERVICE". THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM.

Wonderful experience with an employee

I would like to share a wonderful experience I had at Target in Aliso viejo on La Paz, thanks to an exceptional young employee named Myles. While shopping with my elderly mother, who was visibly struggling to walk, Myles immediately noticed her discomfort and kindly offered to get her a motorized scooter. His thoughtfulness, quick response, and genuine care made all the difference in our visit.It’s rare to come across such compassionate and attentive customer service, especially from someone so young. Myles truly went above and beyond to ensure my mother felt comfortable and cared for. He is a gem and an incredible asset to your team. Thank you, Myles!

Just plays random tracks. What a mess!

Every time I try to play a playlist or album, it plays random tracks not on the list/album. When writing their support team in Messenger, I’m asked to go through an extensive process of cache-clearing, reinstalling the app and restarting my device. This then solves the problem for 5 or 6 days and the it’s back to random music. When paying for a Premium account, I expect to at least be able to decide what music to hear. What happened to you? You used to produce one of the coolest, most groundbreaking products out there. Please fix this mess!

Driver never showed up.Have used lyft several times in the past and each time was great. This time got caught by surprise. Driver never showed and Lyft didn't contact me. Had to get cab to take me home. Next time I'll catch the bus.

If I could give less then a star I…

If I could give less then a star I would. I had an instacart order on 12/6 and when I the groceries were delivered, they were the wrong ones so I called instacart and they said they would put in a refund request but that I would have to order my groceries again and basically be out the money until the refund (which is very difficult for us due to the pandemic). On 12/13, I called to get an update on the refund and instacart never sent the request to kroger!!! Kroger requested the refund again on 12/13. I called today 12/23 and they said there was an error in processing the refund!! I was never notified of this!! If I hadn't called, I would have never known. So here we are almost 3 weeks later and they are putting in yet another refund request. I am completely disgusted in the mishandling of this matter and will be shopping elsewhere for here on out.
