Went to purchase an item that was listed for a great price and paid for it. A day later I received an email saying that I had cancelled my purchase. I called customer support because I had not cancelled my order and I was told that they had sold it to someone else. I got a full refund, but they should not list an item if it has been sold or on hold for someone else. I would like to at least know it’s on hold. Improving this could save people a lot of frustration.
