The staff was slow to respond to the fact that there were four customers up front, you didn't have the affordable version of the guitar stand I wanted so I had to special order it. It was supposed to be sent to my address but it's going to the store regardless of my request. The sales person that ordered the stand for me was nice enough but the girl that was there was a bit gruff in attitude and there was another associate who was on the phone for the entire time I was there. I also am a qualified bass teacher who tried to get on here and you people would rather have guitar players teach your bass students instead of a real bass player/instructor who has played for literally forty years and am able to teach acoustic and classical guitar as well and to be completely ignored by rude staff and incompetent management to be honest I don't know why I still shop there and this might very well be the last time I ever enter your store again
