The staff was slow to respond to the fact that there were four customers up front, you didn't have the affordable version of the guitar stand I wanted so I had to special order it. It was supposed to be sent to my address but it's going to the store regardless of my request. The sales person that ordered the stand for me was nice enough but the girl that was there was a bit gruff in attitude and there was another associate who was on the phone for the entire time I was there. I also am a qualified bass teacher who tried to get on here and you people would rather have guitar players teach your bass students instead of a real bass player/instructor who has played for literally forty years and am able to teach acoustic and classical guitar as well and to be completely ignored by rude staff and incompetent management to be honest I don't know why I still shop there and this might very well be the last time I ever enter your store again

Not fit for anyone with varying needs.I am autistic.I was forced to create an account AFTER I'd already paid for tickets, in order to access the tickets! They wouldn't send them as an attachment. It is not accessible for me to be forced to jump through hoops to access what I've already paid for.I tried to make a complaint but the bot wouldn't put me through to a human and I have no other way of contacting them to complain! Completely inaccessible but happy to take my money.Why are you forcing people to have an account in order to gain access to the tickets that they have already paid for? I don't want an account and yet I am forced to have one. Why can't you just send the tickets as an attachment. I paid for them, I'm entitled to them!!Awful "service".

I had ordered some shoes from there and they gave me two right shoes. Then I asked for a 9 and they refused. Shipped off more 9.5 which is more like a 10. Worst customer service. No care for their customers. I advise to not shop here.

Don’t sign up for the rewards program because after 65 days of staying the stated there was no rewards because it wasn’t a “qualifying rate” IT WAS MORE

I was just billed $299 CAD for a premium subscription that I did not get any prior notice of the price as part of the annual renewal. I tried Academia on a trial basis and had a reminder to cancel the renewal by end of year. Unfortunately, I lapsed the renewal by one day. The renewal was on the 27th, I cancelled my account on the 28th and asked for a refund since I was not going to use it for the next 12 months; I didn't even have an account anymore. Academia refused to provide any refund. This is not the way business is done! I cannot tell you how frustrated I am, as a retiree on fixed income, $299 is a bit of money!

This is a review of lego.com, NOT the product.I purchased a lego set (first one in 20+ years!) recently to take the tedium out of lockdown, and figured going to the official website would be a practical and reliable choice. Unfortunately the experience has been disappointing to say the least. The delivery seemed to take an eternity to get here, so my dreams of a new lockdown lego hobby was replaced by 12 days of refreshing the DPD tracking page and wondering what on earth is taking so long. What annoyed me further was on browsing amazon.co.uk I noticed the same Lego set for sale, same price, which could be shipped to me in less than 24 hours. Reading the reviews on here about sending stuff back to Lego didn't convince me that I should gamble on it though.I think the bulk of the problem stems from the fact that lego.com ships from EU locations (e.g. Belgium) which has sadly introduced a lot of friction in getting goods into the UK. While the UK government can take 80% of the blame for this mess, I'm surprised Lego, a multi-billion dollar global corporation has been caught with their pants down in this scenario.Next time I'll just go to Amazon instead.

We kicked Cox to the curb about a year ago and use youtubetv as our primary streaming provider, very happy with them. Then the Big 12 decided to start airing games on ESPN+. Really hate this app because it ignores your ESPN app favorites, and makes it impossible to find programs that are not live. Tried it for two weeks and gave up in frustration. Really hope that the Big 12 wakes up and smells the hummus.

AliExpress is Bull shit! They really have some scam going on. They take a customers money, then they sit on it for "11" days while the customer reads BS delivery dates and BS date set up for how many days left before shipping. Which is great for the seller because if the seller decides they don't want to sell the product, thanks to AliExpress giving it a deadline, the seller can just sit on the customers money and wait for AliExpress's "TIME OUT", keep the interest on the customers payment and not even have to deliver a product to anybody. Isn't acceptance of payment for goods, called a contract? So, the customer has to wait almost two weeks just to find out AliExpress screwed them over and made a profit doing it. AliExpress is one of the top most dishonorable businesses I've ever dealt with. Response to AliExpress response: LOL, I did ask for help from your terrible customer service rep. On the 8th day of waiting I contacted AliExpress when I noticed you give the seller a shipping deadline and the deadline only had 3 more days left. I asked why it was taking so long just to ship when the product advertising page stated receipt of product would only take a few days. I also told the Rep. that I did not want a refund, I wanted the product that you took my money for. The Rep. stated that she would "expedite" the shipping and make sure that I would get the product and not the refund. Just as I figured, there was no expediting and come the "Time Out", the order was cancelled and am supposed to receive a refund. So after 2 weeks, I'm still waiting for a refund of the money you are sitting on. I just want my money back at this point because I purchased the product with a REPUTABLE company instead. Again, if anyone has read this far, do NOT trust AliExpress!

I have been thinking of doing this trip for 10 years. Yosemite is always booked. When I saw the Agoda offer I grabbed it hoping all the bad reviews were just difficult to please people. So sorry I didn’t read before. I had to cancel my trip due to a serious medical condition. I shared with Agoda all my doctor’s notes and they were unwilling to refund even a portion of the cost. Another company offered me a third of my money back. Not full refund but something.

I had two samsung smartphones during my lifetime. The galaxy S5 which had problems during after 10 months of use. And the Galaxy A32 5G,with both terrible screen pixle density. I do own a samsung smart TV since 2012 and it's working perfectly fine so perhaps they know how to make TV's (at least back then when everything was more reliable).

I doubt to name a Coinbase a legit company. There is no way to contact company. The phone number they advertise directs you to a website where you can explain your problem. After that you may get email from no-reply-support with a text not related to you. The text may specify an email address for communication that either not in service any more (security) or directs you back to the website to submit a ticket (help).I lost all my money to a fraudster with Coinbase. I repeat: Fraudster with Coinbase.
