I would give you a zero star if I could. You sent the wrong product. Argued with me about it. Begrudgingly sent me a return slip that has to be printed in quadruple. Didn't bother to offer to correct the mistake by sending the right item. In the end, an incorrect item has been shipped across the world and I’m still no closer to getting the briefcase I ordered. This has been a complete and utter disaster of an experience. Stay clear of these high snobs
