Absolute TRASH platform. My account was perma-banned for saying “penis” in chat on Apex Legends, when I have been called WAYYYYYY worse things, (I.e. “n-word with hard R, been put down consistently, had major smack said to and not a damn thing happens to those children but if I say a word that is an anatomy word I get banned. Makes sense. All of my progress over 2 years lost, all my stats, all my legendary skins. Everything, GONE. I even made an appeal saying that I have seen worse things in game chat but they don’t give a f***, really sad to see. Again this is a trash platform and I hop to god they shut down or got rid of all the soft fairies that work there.

This is the company where you will never get the honesty , they have the worst costumer service ever . I did huge mistake jumping out from T MOBILE to this weak connection service .so I got scammed from those representatives who they promote in Target .he said I will get 250$ per line and you can upgrade my old phone to newer which paying full amount right now ,beside that they make you easily frustrated when you just try to contact their bad costumer service. They only know one thing and that is their script. overall very disappointed highly unrecommended:(

Although it is only right to pay for for your children but the amounts that they quote is absolutely ridiculous. They lie and put you on Collect & Pay so that they claim a fee. Numerous times I have caught them lying and when I say they have been recorded they put the phone down and put me as non compliant. This organisation needs to be shut down and the people made accountable

I bought an Android phone as new and tried to set it up. But when I got to the section dealing with phone calls. I was told that I had to agree to have video calls at much higher cost, than normal. I tried to stop this as I was not going to be bamboozled into much higher costs. I refused to sign the disclaimer and so I was not allowed to use the phone as normal, I could ask that the video was kept lower than normal. But I did not want any video calls, and refusing them left me without apps and other services advertised. Surely there should have been a notice on the phone before I purchased the mobile phone. This must be ilegal and why isnt something done about these Android phones. Nothing was on any part of the phone or wrappings to warn of this "FIX"

The recommended songs are nothing but BS I don't even listen to. Spotify your lazy app developer's need to be fired and replaced. Spotify is supposed to be getting smarter with the help of AI not now. Fix this lazy lack of care about your product, YOU CHARGE FOR! If not soon, I'll drop Spotify like a toilet seat and move around. I'm not loyal to crap,I throw it in the garbage.

i bought an asus gaming pc that had a promotion on it,so i go home set up my pc and try to do the steps to get the promotion,it dint work so i contact asus support, wait 2 days and they respond the exact same steps that is already detailed on the receipt of the store on what to do to get the promotion even if in the email i already said i did those steps and didn't work so now they say we dont deal with the promotion you have to contact asus promotion,so i send an email to asus promotion and wait 4 days to get a response,no response so i send another email,wait 2 days and then i get the same response as the fist email i sent with the steps i already now,so i respond to the email and they never respond back,so now i decide to contact the tech support,but you now what??they dont deal with the promo so have to contact the asus promo division or team or i dont know what,in conclusion dont buy asus if you whant to have an after sale support hope the the product you buy dont brake cause if you want to get support your going to be alone

Meaning you put up 100% of the risk while they make money off of your risks. There is a "30 day rolling volume" fee scale system, but it's just that. If the market has a bad month, you don't invest much, and you pay higher fees due to the market not moving. How about the city taxes you for burning gas at a red light they installed?
