The app and idea is awesome but the execution is terrible! If they can’t find someone the just keep moving the appointment, I thought we’ll maybe this isn’t used enough in my area so in the app I continue down the cancel track and where u cancel appointments it just spins for hours! It’s not my internet or phone it just keeps spinning! Then u call customer service and they were sweet until they transfer me to someone who hardly speaks english and hangs up before saying anything but hello, the next person I talked to was also struggling with english but we were able to communicate and she credited the account but honestly I won’t be using it again anyways!
