Terrible service. I have had an issue with not receiving tickets, the money has been taken from my bank but my account shows no tickets. So I called there helpline. Every option (I've tried them all says ho to our website - goodbye). What use is that!! I will never book with them again

Diabolical customer service,my wife received a WhatsApp message from a friend (which turned out to be from a scammer)stating that she was awaiting for a code but gave my wife’s contact details by mistake ,and asked if my wife could send the code onto her.When my wife received the code she took a screenshot and forwarded back,as she thought she was sending it to her friend (in reality she had sent it to the scammer).Afterwards ,when she realised that something was wrong with her WhatsApp account ,she deleted and reloaded the App but this makes no difference and she is unable to log into her account.She has spent the last few day sending messages to WhatsApp appealing to them for help but all she gets is ,what appears to be ,a computer generated reply which requires her to be logged into the account ,which she is asking to be restored!This is frustrating as WhatsApp is the only affordable way to keep in touch with our children and she is considering changing her phone number of 20 years ,with all the hassle that entails.How can WhatsApp not be concerned that their security system can so easy be accessed, and how come they care so little about their customers,that theyDon’t even reach out by phone to a customer sending them multiple help requests?

I placed an online order on 17th August for a birthday present. After a week I emailed to ask for delivery update and was informed that the item was out of stock. I was very cross, when I placed the order and paid for the item at no time was I told it was out of stock, I wonder how long they would have waited before informing me of this if I hadn't emailed them. I waited for a few days for what should have been an automatic refund but again I had to ask for it. Today 3rd September, I am still waiting.

HiThe crypto.com support took 100USDC from my crypto.com wallet on the 24th of April to make a refund transaction. Since that day they haven't done anything except stealing my 100USDC. I contact them at least once a week and they keep replying same sh.it that they can assure me that their team is working on the transfer and they will let me know as soon as there is any update about it. Seriously??? Freaking nearly a month and still no refund??!! They've stolen money from me and they bull.sh.it about their team "working" on a simple task!! Don't trust crypto.com!! Can you finally return my tokens PLEASE?!

Costumer servise wont answerbi cant trade before suddently needing to verify, and ive been stuck when bitcoin moons and umable to trade even i have found on my account. Biggest mistake to start trade on crypto, you can just watch btc rally from aside... and last time i was in crypto like 1 year ago, i had 0 issues.. now i need all verify crsp and they wont answer me or do anything about verify... and do i get refounds for the money i loose on this rally? No...

Unable to withdraw!!!😡🤬Crypto.com is a scam!! I’m unable to setup a fiat wallet as I keep receiving the following message when I try to setup my GBP fiat wallet, which is clearly a bug on there end:This feature is coming soon.Please stay tuned!After 10hours speak to a ‘specialist’ they told me I’m unable to withdraw funds because that feature isn’t available!!! Outrageous. Beware of Crypto.com if you wish to withdraw your money back, they won’t let you!😡🤬

One of the books I received was not to the level of rating the seller indicated. It had highlighting, underlining and notes written on various pages yet was rated as GOOD condition. The short story is this...the seller's response to the refund inquiry was not satisfactory, and thus one of AbeBooks customer support team (Shivam Kumar) stepped in to work with me and made things right.
