I went with the set price option and my only issue was contact with the service provider. One called to setup an estimate on a set price job. The contact info provided, for someone else had no company name and an upper peninsula area code. I have no idea if either of these were the ones that ended up doing the job. Also, I needed to reschedule due to rain and could not find that option on the app or website. It would also be nice to be able to leave a tip for great service with a set price job.
