I deleted my card details from my Hootsuite account to ensure it would be cancelled/unsubscribed at the end of the billing period. Despite that, they withdrew more than 1000 euros from my account over Easter weekend. The last communication I received from them was an email confirming my account would be canceled on May 2 because of the removed card details. And, because it's Easter weekend, nobody is manning their customer support chat. I won't be using Hootsuite moving forward because clearly personal info deletion requests aren't being honored.UPDATE: Hootsuite refunded the amount quickly and efficiently.
