I have been using Hootsuite for one week and wasn't satisfied with this service. I've been spamming with notifications for scheduling posts and I decided to stop using it. After charging me three monthly billings, I figure out I didn't cancel my trial account. Then, I've immediately checked the other accounts and realized that I was also subscribed for the annual package for my other business. Luckily, I didn't have any money on my bank account and I wrote an e-mail to customer support. I've been waiting for the response so long and those two weeks were SO stressful. After a few e-mails, I've got an e-mail that they "made an-exception" and they downgrade my plan to monthly. So, I FINALLY canceled my account.After this BAD and STRESSFUL experience, I was starting beeing somewhat paranoic that with all services that I've been using. *This service doesn't deserve 1 star. If you want to SAVE your money and nerves, please - STAY AWAY from Hootsuite!!!
