Paid for 1 business day shipping on Sunday got an email on Tuesday saying they will try to deliver again on Thursday. No attempt was made to deliver on Tuesday. I understand it's last minute with the busy holidays but that was my experience. Not great but hopefully they show up in good condition on Thursday.

What the hell happened to DSW? They’ve been my go-to for years. All of a sudden Customer Service is nonexistent. My most recent order was placed on October 14 and has not yet shipped. I inquired twice. In broken English I was asked for patience. I get the impression Customer Service and Shipping have moved offshore and it shows. If I ever receive my order I I’ll unsubscribe to emails and move them to junk. It’s ridiculous they can send me a dozen sales a day but not ship my order. It’s like they’re saying, “Look at all these great deals you can’t have!” 😡🙄🤬

I have been using Hootsuite for one week and wasn't satisfied with this service. I've been spamming with notifications for scheduling posts and I decided to stop using it. After charging me three monthly billings, I figure out I didn't cancel my trial account. Then, I've immediately checked the other accounts and realized that I was also subscribed for the annual package for my other business. Luckily, I didn't have any money on my bank account and I wrote an e-mail to customer support. I've been waiting for the response so long and those two weeks were SO stressful. After a few e-mails, I've got an e-mail that they "made an-exception" and they downgrade my plan to monthly. So, I FINALLY canceled my account.After this BAD and STRESSFUL experience, I was starting beeing somewhat paranoic that with all services that I've been using. *This service doesn't deserve 1 star. If you want to SAVE your money and nerves, please - STAY AWAY from Hootsuite!!!

I have booked with Agoda a few times. First time no trouble. Second time - well I called them to check for tourist fees and was advised it was included. When I was checking out of the hotel - I was told I had to pay. I didn’t raise any issues thought ok one-off.3rd time I booked and this time occupancy was not correct as I wanted to book for 9 people. I was told don’t worry pay for only one extra at the hotel that will be fine. Got to the hotel and they are asking no you have to pay for 3 extras as booking only for 6. I have tried messaging them and they are of no help. All I can say is avoid booking with them. There are hidden charges which they don’t tell you about. Everything isn’t clear cut. If they gave me a stay for free I wouldn’t take it as there would be charges when you get to the hotel. Avoid at all cost

The content is excellent and everything else about the magazine is stunning, well worth the price.
