I would give negative stars if I could! This company is not to be trusted! I booked a room and didn't realize the was a two hotels with that same name. One was Tahiti Village and the other Tahiti Resort. Once I realized the mistake I contacted the Tahiti Resort and they understood and said it happens all the time but since I booked with hotels.com said I had to go through them. When I called and told them what happened they said" no problem, we will get you your refund. It's save to book at the correct hotel." I asked over and over and their rep Lovely Ann V said there wouldn't be an issue with my refund. Me being stupid listened to this rep that lied! I told her are you sure? Because I didn't want to lose my money I would deal with it. ( I do have this entire conversation in writing) The next day I get an email saying there would be no refund! WHAT! That's not what I was told. I have been fighting with them to get my money back. I jjst can't believe they would allow their REP to tell a customer that and not follow through. They are not to be trusted. I will not recommend this company to anyone!
