Review of godaddy
Mike is THE best rep at godaddy and it’s not even close!!!!! Standing ovation and A+++ across the board!!! He did everything I needed with a short hold and without me needing to tell him the obvious like most reps. He knew exactly what I needed done to transfer to a new domain and he left no stones unturned. I would love to get him every time! Please have him train others to do what he does. He was a delight and great start to my week!!!
Review of eventbrite
Eventbrite sold me tickets to an event at a building that was permanently closed. When I reached out to them they said "I have no idea what you're talking about, there's 1,000 people here right now. Call the location!" Of course, the location didn't answer because they are not in operation. They are LIARS. Don't buy tickets from them!!!!

Review of philips
I recently bought a Phillips sonic toothbrush and registered it and was supposed to get a 20% discount voucher which I did get but it never worked so Phillips told me to buy toothbrush heads and that they would reimburse me the 20% it took only four weeks for Phillip to send me the toothbrush heads that I had bought and they had my money for those four weeks and up to this point I still have not gotten my 20% back I would advise people to try to shop elsewhere because Phillips customer service is not very good I am very unhappy with it

Our attempt to buy lifetime membership for our grandson fried my brain and got me nowhere. We have lifetime membership, we bought the same for our two grown sons so obviously wanted to buy for our grandson. We trekked out to Montacute to do it on the spot but the young assistant said "do it on-line" because she thought the Ts&Cs were going to change disallowing an accompanying guest. Our grandson being a year old cannot take himself anywhere, and won't for years. Anyway, half an hour of hanging on and my first question - can I do lifetime for a young child - sent the operative off for 10 more minutes to read up her manual. Answer seemed to be yes. Second question and does the accompanying guest still apply - off she went again, returning finally and relieving my poor tired brain of the awful music, to say No that policy no longer applies. Result - National Trust have considerably increased the cost whilst halving the benefit and totally failing to understand the impact this will have on selling lifetime memberships to grandparents. Maybe lessons needed in marketing.
Review of hp
Awful, awful, awful, about the worst customer experience I have in my life,Bought pc monitor, moments later, with a certain discount code configuration, got £20 additional discount, both on HP Official Website. Firstly tried to cancel delivery, then ordered the same pc monitor with an additional product for £20 less. Both orders arrived, two identical pc monitors, sent one back for refund (odd that it was not possible to cancel an order moments later!), order went back, was received, then they told me it was the wrong monitor (they are identical, thats the point, identical except the price difference!).I thought £20 a lot for me, little for HP the agent at customer service would help. How wrong could I be!The agent told me I wasn’t ‘helping him’, that it was my mistake and despite me asking him to help, was entirely happy me making a complaint, almost encouraging it.I wanted a refund or the difference in price, but the agent kept on telling me to provide ‘evidence’, not far short of calling me lier, it was the official HP Website that had the price difference. The agent went on to tell me ir was my fault I found the HP website unusable, he had no problem .I’m flabbergasted, I will never buy a HP Product again.

I subscribed the 12 weeks newspaper but now they have taken £44 without notifying me even though the 12 weeks subscription has not been completed yet. 12 days ago I rang to the customer services for the cancellation and was told I will be refunded in 4 working days and now it's been more than 13 days no refund received.
Review of coinbase
Thanks for replying to my review Coinbase.I understand that there are fees charged for your services but that wasnt the point if my review. The thing people need to be aware of is the inflated price of the crypto they are buying. This means that a buyer will incur a higher price than that particular cryptos market value, the buyer then has to see an inflated increase it that cryptos value before having any chance of making a profit.Charging fees is one thing but falsely inflating the price before purchase is quite another, that is why people need to be careful when trading with Coinbase. Be very careful using this platform.Luckily I only have a few transactions with Coinbase as I quickly realise how much money I was actually being charged. As an experiment I urge all users to buy a small amount of Bit Coin on the coinsbase app. I tried £50, clicked review purchase and realised that Coinbase wanted to purchase the Bit Coin at a far higher rate than the market value. This would obviously mean that they would buy at market value but I would pay 3% more once the purchase was complete, leaving me out of pocket and with a crypto Coin at an inflated, unrealistic price.Stay clear of Coinbase
