On 27th April'23 I bought a printer/laptop package. The printer was returned for a refund after a few weeks of arguing. Now, May'25 the laptop has quite simply given up the ghost, even its automatic recover has not managed to get it going again. It said in the early stages of failure that it could not find Win11. Rather foolishly Ive just stuck my neck out and bought a replacement from HP on the basis that all their products cant be that bad. Time will tell, but Im beginning to think Ive made a big mistake - and thats before the new laptop arrives. Anyway, I will not be buying anymore from HP. _- just noticed Customers are required to pay £24 per ONE phone call to get assistance once item out of warranty
