Our new HP printer stopped working after a few months saying it "needed to connect to the internet". No matter what we have tried we cannot get it to connect, or to print. What makes me so angry is that HP for some reason that I cannot fathom have deliberately designed the printer to stop working.I notice HP have an average Trust Pilot rating of one star out of five, based on almost 8,000 reviews. Such an apalling rating is what you'd expect of criminals or scam companies, not from a supposed reputable brand. Speaks for itself really.Avoid at all costs.
