The new update crushes the functionality of the app. It used to be simple and easy to navigate but now, it is much more inconvenient. Also, after the update, it doesn’t always automatically sync unless you go into the menu and initiate it yourself. It’s a complete fail.

Review of aliexpress
I purchased shoes because they offered free returns. They arrived, they didn't fit, I went to return them and was asked to pay for the return, with this payment being refunded when I provided proof of delivery to customer service. I did this in good faith.Return was received by seller, refund of shoes was provided but AliExpress absolutely refuse to refund my postage (£20 from the UK to China) as guaranteed on the listing page. I've been in touch with customer service several times providing my details and receipts repeatedly and receive the same promises of escalation and the refund being on its way and then receive an email saying the refund won't be issued. It's nothing short of fraudulent. In case AliExpress is reading my case ID is 2053805072250480, waybill reference Royal Mail RY471105040GB.UPDATE 14/06:AliExpress replied below saying they were investigating and would resolve the issue. However, shortly after this reply, I received another generic email stating that no refund will be issued, despite providing full evidence and following all their own Free Returns rules. They are saying the case is now closed, even though I followed every step required — and despite their public reply below suggesting action was being taken. At this point, I consider their “Free Returns” promise misleading, and their customer service dishonest.I will continue to update this review and pursue action until this is properly resolved.UPDATE 16/06:Since posting this review, I’ve now received yet another excuse from AliExpress - this time claiming my return postage refund is denied because I selected “I no longer need it” as the reason for return. To clarify:The listing was clearly marked “Free Returns”The return was made because the item didn’t fit — I followed the instructions exactly and provided full proof of postageAliExpress accepted the return and refunded the item, meaning the reason was validTheir own Help Center states that if no return label is generated, and the buyer pays up front, they can claim the postage refund via coupon — which I didTo now refuse the postage refund on the basis of a vague dropdown reason — after approving the return — is misleading and dishonest. This is now the fourth different excuse I’ve received. If this is not resolved within 7 days, I will be raising a formal complaint with UK consumer protection.Order: 3053350934779966Case ID: 2053805072250480Waybill: Royal Mail RY471105040GBAmount owed: £20 return postageUPDATE 17/06:AliExpress has now replied publicly saying a “solution” was sent by email. That solution?Another excuse — this time claiming that because the seller wasn’t at fault, I must pay the return postage. This completely ignores the fact that:The item was marked “Free Returns”AliExpress’s own policy states that if no return label is provided, and the buyer pays for return shipping, the cost will be refunded via couponI followed that process exactly, submitting my receipt, tracking reference, and case IDThere is no part of their policy that says the seller must be at fault to qualify for Free Returns - that’s a different policy. This return was about size/fit, and the item was refunded - so the return was accepted.AliExpress continues to invent new reasons not to honour their Free Returns policy.I have given them a final deadline to resolve this before I raise a formal complaint with UK Trading Standards.UPDATE 18/06:Refund coupon finally received - not as a “special exception” but because I followed the Free Returns policy and refused to give up when AliExpress tried to wriggle out of it.Appreciated, yes. Exceptional? Absolutely not.

Review of typeform
I used to use Typeform at a previous company and loved it, so I started using their free plan when I set up my new company. Their free plan is so disappointing. It's crashed on multiple occasions for me, and although it gives you certain form templates when I go to publish it says I need to upgrade to publish that particular template. I've wasted 2 hours this morning setting up a form, having it crash and finally being told I couldn't publish it without upgrading to a paid plan so I've had to rebuild the whole thing in Google Forms. It's also really difficult to report an issue. If you want a free plan, I would definitely advise just sticking with Google Forms and don't waste time with Typeform.

Review of lyft
My experience with the rides has been generally good. I am writing in the hopes that someone from Lyft will read that I am sick and tired of their frequency of app updates! It's annoying! How in the world could you be updating your app every few days?
Review of hp
Our new HP printer stopped working after a few months saying it "needed to connect to the internet". No matter what we have tried we cannot get it to connect, or to print. What makes me so angry is that HP for some reason that I cannot fathom have deliberately designed the printer to stop working.I notice HP have an average Trust Pilot rating of one star out of five, based on almost 8,000 reviews. Such an apalling rating is what you'd expect of criminals or scam companies, not from a supposed reputable brand. Speaks for itself really.Avoid at all costs.
Review of cengage
There are good aspects to Cengage, so they get an extra star for that. The BAD is that the day the course is over (regardless of the date your paid access expires) you, as a student, have zero access to anything. You cannot see assignments, grades, or the textbook. If the class was a prerequisite class for another class, you'd better have learned everything perfectly, because there's no looking back to review. If you don't agree with your class grade from the professor once it finally posts in the school records, you can't go back and look at your online grades to dispute it. The good is that you can redo assignments and watch video explanations of how to do sample problems. The good does not outweigh the bad. Online texts and assignments are a bad way to go in the long run.
Review of braintreepayments
Braintree declined my application. I have built i complete integration with the Braintree API for my SAAS but when everything finished the Braintree refused my application without any reason. I waste a lot of time. They accept only companies with high volume and teams. Stripe is better solution!

Review of buymeacoffee
*updated and received payment * Except it to possibly take 10 days for your bank account to verify and another 2 days for the funds. There is also no customer support number. Only messaging and emails. I got a response back the following Wednesday after a holiday weekend. I’m hoping this is a legitimate thing because it’s a great idea.
