Dear HP Global Representatives,I recently received the HP Spectre X360 14-EU0000NT laptop (9V2R9EA), purchased in Turkey, as a highly anticipated gift. Unfortunately, the package included only an adapter, with no additional accessories such as the stylus or USB cable adapter that were expected. This was a significant disappointment. This situation raises questions about HP’s inconsistent practices across different countries. Why are certain accessories included in product packages in some regions while others only receive a basic package? Such a policy creates an impression of discrimination between countries, undermining customer trust in a globally renowned brand like HP.As a loyal customer, I would like to address the following questions:1. What is the benefit to HP of excluding accessories like the stylus or USB adapter from the package?2. Has HP considered the damage to customer trust and satisfaction caused by such omissions?I believe a brand of HP’s stature should prioritize customer experience over minor cost-cutting measures. This experience has not only impacted me personally but also the person who chose this laptop as a thoughtful gift.I urge HP to take immediate steps to address this issue and review its policies to prevent such disparities in the future. Failing to address this will compel me to share my disappointing experience on both national and international complaint platforms.Looking forward to your prompt response.Sincerely,Muhammet GEÇGİL
