Further to my review. of 21/07/23. I have just been informed by email that my device is no longer protected, despite McAfee taking my renewal from my bank. If My DEVICE IS NO LONGER PROTECTED THEN THIS COMPANY IS GUILTY OF THEFT!DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. I can't say it loud enough. If you want to throw your money away then sign up to McAfee. You can't contact them. How can they protect you from SCAMS when they are the BIGGEST SCAM out there?

Yep, caught by the scam, took advantage of the special offer 99p course which I didn't actually start and was then charged £194 pounds for a years subscription! They also have a policy of NO REFUNDS.All the courses I have since considered have been in Spanish or Portuguese with awful droning overdubs in English.

On October 12, 2024 I called for roadside service close to 2pm and after 1hr didn't hear anything, so I continued to wait and finally after another 45min I received a call from them saying their running late. Ok another hour past and still no AAA so I gave up after that... AAA should be ashamed of themselves because people are in need of good service.

Dear HP Global Representatives,I recently received the HP Spectre X360 14-EU0000NT laptop (9V2R9EA), purchased in Turkey, as a highly anticipated gift. Unfortunately, the package included only an adapter, with no additional accessories such as the stylus or USB cable adapter that were expected. This was a significant disappointment. This situation raises questions about HP’s inconsistent practices across different countries. Why are certain accessories included in product packages in some regions while others only receive a basic package? Such a policy creates an impression of discrimination between countries, undermining customer trust in a globally renowned brand like HP.As a loyal customer, I would like to address the following questions:1. What is the benefit to HP of excluding accessories like the stylus or USB adapter from the package?2. Has HP considered the damage to customer trust and satisfaction caused by such omissions?I believe a brand of HP’s stature should prioritize customer experience over minor cost-cutting measures. This experience has not only impacted me personally but also the person who chose this laptop as a thoughtful gift.I urge HP to take immediate steps to address this issue and review its policies to prevent such disparities in the future. Failing to address this will compel me to share my disappointing experience on both national and international complaint platforms.Looking forward to your prompt response.Sincerely,Muhammet GEÇGİL
