On November 19, 2024, I purchased an HP printer that has proven to be entirely faulty. It repeatedly disconnects from the Wi-Fi, and when it does manage to print, the pages are covered with white lines, rendering the prints useless. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, your support team has failed to provide meaningful assistance. I was promised a callback to address the issue, but this promise was not fulfilled. Instead, I have been left waiting and frustrated. The colleague I managed to speak with was unhelpful and asked me to complete steps I had already tried, wasting even more of my time. He even failed at the attempt to access my computer.
