I've lost count of the amount of refunds I've had due to missing parcels. This is due to the useless drivers not following the instructions of leave with neighbour at no 35 if no answer as they don't wait for an answer, they rung the bell then dump on doorstep and run off. 8 live on a busy walkthrough where all can see and they keep getting nicked...now they have the damn nerve to restrict my acct to digital purchases only as they think I'm lying and committing fraud rather than deal with the idiots that deliver and admit their failings. Absolutely disgusting shower of you know what. When I reply to their email asking for proof they just send the exact same email telling me they are restricting my acct again and again. They are a scam and thieves for taking ya money. temu all the way. You might have to wait a bit longer but at least your stuff don't get nicked and they deal with any complaints you raise. Trust pilot want a date of experience. There are too many and will.only let you put one date

If you're calling Adobe support, you're probably already pulling your hair out over some glitchy Adobe product. Now, picture this: you finally muster the courage to call for help, only to be put on hold with the most overly cheerful, quaint music ever. Adobe, please! I’m begging you! Rethink your choice of hold music. Just try enduring it for five minutes when you're not feeling all sunshine and rainbows—maybe during your morning commute when you're stuck in traffic. Ask yourself, "Is it really fair to subject our customers to this musical torture?"

BEWARE! You may think you're buying a monthly plan that you can stop at any time right?!? That's certainly what I thought. But I was oh so wrong. It turns out Adobe hides an ANNUAL commitment in the T&C's of their "monthly" plans! When I went to stop my "monthly" plan they tried to hit me up for $110 in cancellation fees! I got onto their customer support team and wasted 45 minutes of my life. I tried asking them to waive the cancellation fee, but they would not back down. The best they would do is give me 3 free months. But luckily, I was using Paypal, so i cancelled the recurring payment in Paypal, then I told them to stick it, they won't get another cent out of me. I asked for the details of their complaints department but they refused to provide it. I can't believe these guys, they have created so much ill-will, and they are currently facing legal action in the United States for these very practices. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) filed a lawsuit against Adobe in June 2024, claiming that the company deceived consumers by not clearly disclosing the terms of their "annual paid monthly" plan. Fellow Australians, make a complaint to the ACCC, maybe our regulators will sue them too.

I booked a condo in Agoda. I only booked one two-bedroom unit but they charged me twice for it. I only know it when the housekeeper of the unit informed me that I have two units. How am I going to use two units when we are only 5 guests and a two bedroom unit is enough for us? I called Agoda and a representative told me they can't refund nor do anything about it. My bank doesn't have an option to talk to live representative to report the charge as fraud. This is really a mess. I am very disappointed I got ripped off. I would never recommend agoda.com to anyone at all.

On November 19, 2024, I purchased an HP printer that has proven to be entirely faulty. It repeatedly disconnects from the Wi-Fi, and when it does manage to print, the pages are covered with white lines, rendering the prints useless. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, your support team has failed to provide meaningful assistance. I was promised a callback to address the issue, but this promise was not fulfilled. Instead, I have been left waiting and frustrated. The colleague I managed to speak with was unhelpful and asked me to complete steps I had already tried, wasting even more of my time. He even failed at the attempt to access my computer.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided by John from Pest Assassin. John tackled our rat problem with utmost professionalism and efficiency. He is very knowledgeable, but more importantly a ‘nice’ bloke. Not only did he expertly remove the little buggers, but he also took the necessary steps to proof the property(which wasn’t the easier, not straight forward job), ensuring that no more rats could get in. Thanks to John's efforts, my home is now rat-free and secure. I highly recommend Pest Assassin, John provided a great service and at a very reasonable price 👍🏻
