I am beyond frustrated with HP’s warranty service. I purchased a $4000 laptop just six months ago, and it has been nothing but trouble. The GPU died, and I sent it in for repairs, which took three weeks. Now, the laptop is dead again, and HP is making me wait another four weeks without any resolution.Despite being told multiple times that they have a replacement unit, they later backtrack and say they don’t. They promised to repair it, but nothing has been done. This is unacceptable for a high-end product that’s only six months old. HP, this is a joke. I need a replacement or a refund immediately.
