Can't set up a new printer as it hangs at a certain point every time. Support page says I can chat with a live agent (since the virtual agent was no help at all, as usual) 24/7 as long as it's in warranty. Just got it today, so it's in warranty. When I try to connect to a live agent I get an error message saying they can't connect me with an option to go back to the useless virtual agent! I knew I shouldn't have bought another HP printer!
