I havehad a bad experience with Flipkart, I bought a smart watch that had no charger cable, no manual, no slot on the watch, how to charge it, or when I tried to replace it, the Flipkart executive said there would be no refund. Now what will I do with watch if the watch is not charging? I have incurred a loss of Rs 700. Please don't yourself thank you.

100 percent. I wanted to get back into mixing music after being away from using my long sold Technics 1210s. I bought a GRV6 from a UK company and the non moving jog wheels i couldnt get used too. It cost me 45 pounds to return. I then got a good deal on the Rane 1 from Thomann and tried it a few times but it still didn't feel right so I returned it free of charge to Thomann. No drama, just boxed it and left it with UPS and away it went. I then bought an RP7000 turntable along with a Numark Scratch from Thomann and they arrived a week later. Mixer and RP7000 are great, RPhas phono out along with line out so I was able to use DVS with Serato. Worked great so I bought a Rane 12 from Thomann and set it to DVS. If you're a turntablist used to using 1210s then I would forget about all these small wheel controllers and pay the little extra and get the Rane 12. The Numark Scratch for 370 is spot on. The innovator cross fader makes the pros stand out. So with Thomanns excellent service I think I will buy another Rane 12 and use the RP7000 to play the old school vinil and the R12s for the MP3s. The 30 day free return policy really does work

Bought a Family membership for my son in December 2022 and still no cards. Made several telephone calls recorded two Customer complaints still not resolved.No one takes ownership of issues. Takes over half an hour to get through on telephone, and then you are told it will take up to ten days for a reply! A commercial would be out of business with this level of service,

Yet because it´s the National trust you don't look - expecting them to be ´reasonable´. They are far from reasonable. Literal robbery. Totally disgusted

Can't set up a new printer as it hangs at a certain point every time. Support page says I can chat with a live agent (since the virtual agent was no help at all, as usual) 24/7 as long as it's in warranty. Just got it today, so it's in warranty. When I try to connect to a live agent I get an error message saying they can't connect me with an option to go back to the useless virtual agent! I knew I shouldn't have bought another HP printer!

Support generally poor (the answer is nearly always to buy something newer) and brainwranglingly stupid design flaws - e.g., for Hyperdeck recorder you're forced to waste disk space by capturing 16 channels of 48/24 audio when you might only need two (i.e. no means of selecting number of audio channels during capture)

I bought a car from Evans Halshaw Ford, East Kilbride. Over all the experience was poor and there was no waw factor. The outside of the car I bought was prepped well but I had to do my own valet on the inside when I got home. Seats were dirty and dash had a film of dirt! All fixed with hot water, upholstery cleaner and a bit of effort. Saying all this I am now happy with the car and what I finally paid for it.

This company is a scam. Loses e-transfers and funds all the time, customer service is non-existent, doesn’t let you sell off certain cryptos, their crypto card program is terrible. Would give 0/5 stars. The reviews where everyone is comparing are 100% justified, avoid this company at all costs.

They blocked my account and stole all my money.I made a transfer to the UAB Transactive Systems account, my payment went through and was accepted, I bought USDT.Three weeks later, I received a letter that my account was blocked, and what reason they cannot tell me and that they take all my money for themselves without explaining the reason.I asked why, because I did not do anything illegal. They answer with a standard answer - we can't tell you, it's just that your account is blocked and we can't unblock it. You have lost your money for which we cannot tell you.
