I was sent faulty equipment. The phone port on the back of the machine does not work. I have called 4 different times and had the phone company check my phone line, which is working properly. I was told to use it wirelessly which My employer will not allow me to do. I was also told if I sent the new machine back I would receive a refurbished machine after paying for a new machine. I have figured out a work around but should not have to do that when I was sent faulty new equipment. This has been a horrible experience and worthless experience. Hewlett packard needs to rethink their customer services when using people who do not understand the equipment. I know more about it than the person I am talking too.
