I have an HP Laptop (Envy) and I was able to get support during the first year I owned it, but after that, they stopped providing updated drivers nor support on the phone or their website. I expected that the product would be supported (at least with updated drivers) for more than 1 year after buying it!!!!The upshot of this, is that certain things no longer work and cannot be fixed - e.g. bluetooth no longer works, so I cannot use any bluetooth devices with the laptop.
