Despite a confirmed reservation for an accessible room (I am a wheelchair user), Hotel Indigo Paddington gave their ONLY accessible room to someone else leaving me in a very difficult position with no toilet facilities whatsoever (I had to go out in the freezing cold to Paddington station to find a toilet!!) and in an extremely uncomfortable room and spoiled our complete visit to London. When they eventually got us a semi accessible room the next day it was well below national and international standards for a disable room. I found the hotel misrepresented their facilities and was very unprofessional in its communications and in dealing with us. We are very unhappy with the hotel, our experience was awful and we will never use an IHG hotel again. We found serious issues of health and safety, discrimination, lack of professionalism, incompetence and dishonesty regarding our stay there. Stay away from them. Dreadful!
