I have used IHG for most of the last 16…

I have used IHG for most of the last 16 years and few small issues occurred which is resolved swiftly until I stayed at Holiday in al Barsha in Dubai where I got injured in the shower because of the hotel fault in placing the shower, conditioner and shampoo in place which it was not fixed properly. The hotel stuff specially duty manager at the time didn't seems he cares as he was enjoying his phone conversation and when I was contacted 3 times with another manger who Offred me dinner which I rejected as I was full and Offred me Breakfast which I rejected I was laving next day and invited for breakfast, finally I was Offred a fruit basket and some voucher I can use any time I want ( Which I never received) after contacting the customer care twice I was not satisfied with the reply of the Room division manager as you can feel the arrogance in his words and Customer care didn't do anything expect relaying my message to the hotel which is weird giving them the customer care where they didn't anything to show they care. I didn't need a messenger I needed action it was a very serious incident if it was in UK then I will know what to do... Just making a point
