My family and I stayed at the Holiday Inn express in Panama City over the Thanksgiving holiday. Staff here are friendly and always available to help! John was so helpful to me and my family, especially when I lost my bag. He searched my room and all over the hotel to assist me! I was super thankful! The front desk staff, Kristen, Mel and AGM LeighAnna were friendly and always wearing a smile. Customer service is very important to me when vacationing and the staff here met the expectations!
