Every order that arrived was damaged then sent to wrong address

Every order that arrived was damaged. We call up to replace. Second order arrives damaged. We call a second time to complain and re-order, third delivery arrives at an old address that hasn’t been used for over two years and was nothing to do with previous ordered. Phoning up a third time. Wish me luck.
