Review of fb
Meta introduced new ai driven account and content moderation that has since falsely accused myself and countless others of policy violations, then permanently banned my accounts with no human review or oversight on the appeal. If this isn't reversed, it will be the end of both Instagram and Facebook as viable platforms, and all trust in Meta in data stewardship is completely shattered

We arrived in London, having paid for the accommodation months ago to find that the property was uninhabitable. Trying to find a contact number was like hunting for a needle in a haystack. The customer service was awful. They said they would organise alternative accommodation and didn't, just sent an email telling me to look and that they would reimburse me £55 if it cost more than the original amount. I called back requested a refund, but had to go through the whole sorry process again. This amounts to fraud and I am disgusted with the lack of due diligence on the advertising of properties. Shame on you!

Purchased a expensive mobile phone for my Daughter's Christmas present. Ordered the mobile phone on the site on 1st of Dec. Site stated that the item should arrive on the 4th. Item didn't arrive! Then told item would arrive on the 8th. Phone didn't arrive, therefore phoned customer service. Told the matter was being investigated. Didn't hear again from Amazon. Checked today and phone is showing as lost. Phoned customer services and told that the phone may be lost, they are investigating! In the mean time, I am not entitled to a refund or exchange before the 18th of Dec. Therefore no chance of getting my Daughter a new phone for Xmas, even though, it's a transit issue and nothing to do with me.

Beverley the shop manager made me feel at ease and the volunteers there that day made me feel I was part of a team .Beverley did a great job at the induction and I look forward to my next shift .Anyone looking to volunteer for the charity pop in and ask for more information.

My customer support representative from Aweber is awesome. Will guided me to upload a digital offering and supported my process of linking my offering to a payment platform. He helped my business communications look professional. My Aweber representative Will, is patient, a good listener, and has technical expertise that not only is solutions based but creates an ideal outcome for my clients and customers. I am so grateful. Review of aliexpress
I received a broken USB headset. My phone does not detect it when plugged in. It is totally useless. I asked for a refund or exchange as advertised ("Free returns within 90 days"). Support denied my claim, saying "not enough proof" even after I sent photos and videos. They ignored their own return policy. I got no help and still have a faulty product. This seller and AliExpress support do not keep their promises. Do not buy if you want customer protection.

TFL provide a greedy rip off service I was absolutely shocked when I was charged £19.15 last weekend from Elmers End-charing Cross, charing Cross to Camden town then back to Elmers End via East Croydon. This is shocking for both My partner and I nearly £40 there is no way driving would cost that much what an embarrassment. I will avoid the public transport at any cost I much rather drive I feel for people who don't drive.

Review of jotform
I uses jotform for my business staff application on a free plan, do have to say i quite like it, they have the card design which is neat. Their conditions for forms are something that kept me here. Thinking to upgrade. But jotform does decide to lock sub users under their enterprise plan which is quite a bummer. Overall, i will still use them. Just quite disappointed no sub users until enterprise plan.
Review of dropbox
I wanted to have some photos backed up and decided to try Dropbox. Transferred pics. Sweet. Until I get an email stating that their offer had run out and they wanted about £99 Good job I held back wiping the pic's. AND before that I received an email saying click here to confirm your account. What a joke! A con. And a potentially damaging one. And bear in mind I DIDN'T download the ap. so i had the impression it was a free ap service. In other words paid by my phone fees.(as many/most are). Quite a clever con (if I had wiped them) what choice? Very dodgy way of doing business. I'll use the data card instead.

Getting worse and worse. Google search now has ads and disinformation.Google Maps has so much wrong information and so many errors (i.e walking routes, public transport) I have given up reporting it. Gmail still does not have the ease of use or search function Outlook has.
Review of coursera
Signed up for the seven-day free trial. The Excel class that I took wasn't bad and I did actually learn from it. I took the course because it promised that I would get a certificate after completing and passing the course. I got the course done well within the free trial period and I passed with a 90%, but of course once I completed it...THAT it when it decided to tell me that I would not receive the certificate until the day after my seven-day free trial ended. I would have to wait until I was charged the $49 to get my certificate, even though I already completed the course. A typical bait and switch advertising ploy to get your money. Wasted hours of my time for nothing.
