Worst orders ever

Worst orders ever. Placed two orders, one for myself and one for my mother. My order included a large mirror, which was delivered broken and one other item was missing. Four weeks later I still follow-up daily with IKEA customer services and still no resolution. No one even apologized for the inconvenience. As for the bed I ordered for my mother, it appears as though lost in the mail. Delivery company does not know if and when it will be delivered. They cannot even give me an estimation of when delivery will be done. Never ordering again. Ever.
