Messed up my order twice and have different parts and wrong pieces in different colors that make assembly impossible. Clearly boxes were mixed up once again. When issue was raised with customer service I was told they only correct errors once and I’m out the money. I was sent a link to buy a new bookcase instead. This is criminal and I’m appalled an international company can operate this fraudulently.
