Very unhappy with this company. First off, if you call for support you will be on hold for literally hours and end up hanging up. Secondly the security imposed upon sign in is so convoluted that I have not been able to get into my account for months and see no.1 regarding the support. Thirdly, they continued to charge my credit card every month even after I paused my job posting. I ended up having to change the card number to a temporary number so I could stop the charges! As far as applicants, the pool was fairly good but I would get many applicants applying for the job but never responding to calls or emails. I am suspecting these were automated (fake) applications. Will never use Indeed again too expensive for such crappy service.
