Cedric was very helpful. He explained I was using the wrong package (bought the previous day). I was using the Self Employed package and I needed Simple Start because I need to do a Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet and have a chart of accounts. He helped me request a refund for the Self Employed package so that I can purchase the Simple Start package.
