Scammers, I have send a request to cancel my subscription, which they completely ingnored resulting in another charge on my credit card.The system is designed in a way that requires users to submit a manual request to cancel their subscription, whereas most other platforms offer a straightforward, automated cancellation process.I would recommend using a virtual card adding funds only for a month each time!!!It’s quite telling that your team is quick to respond to negative reviews on Trustpilot, yet continues to ignore a straightforward subscription cancellation request I submitted over a month ago. It shouldn’t be easier to get a public reply than it is to receive basic customer support.Frankly, whoever is responsible for managing your customer service operations should seriously reevaluate their priorities—or be replaced. This level of disregard for customer communication is unacceptable.For context, the response I finally received to my follow-up email yesterday was the following:"Hi, Thanks again for reaching out to our team.We’re really sorry we haven't gotten to your inquiry yet. Due to unexpectedly high volume, we’re a little slower in our replies than we’d like to be.Don’t worry though! Your ticket is still in our queue and remains a top priority of ours.Thanks for bearing with us and we apologize for any inconvenience our delayed reply has caused.Kind Regards,"
