My website was cancelled without my permission about 3 months ago due to an “unpaid invoice” which was a system glitch on thier end. When I repeatedly went to the dashboard to pay this invoice, it just would not appear. I raised the issue with thier help center and I was told there was an issue at thier end and all invoices were paid.I still had my website down for 3 months!!! Loosing business and my clients not being able to book sessions with me.As a regulation they offered 10% discount on one of my monthly which effectively works out to $2!!!I was so disappointed..lI rejected the discount and asked them to just reinstate my website. The help support agent offer to waive one months subscription and make my website live.Instead of making my website live and giving me a months subscription free as she advised….she went ahead cancelled my website plan and domain!!I now don’t have a website or my domain. I don’t know what to do and how to get this fixed.I feel very helpless ..I am a small business owner and use my website to showcase my work and this is not cool what jim do have done. The inability to hold them accountable foe thier actions is just so unfair.I ahve been a customer of theirs for years now and this is what I get for loyalty and for referring many friends..
