Why is it that when the app is updating I can't play games I PAYED FOR. I can't even f**king log in. Somehow the ea app works WORSE than the origin app. I only have this app to play 1 game, 1 of the 3 games I like. This is ridiculous and they just don't seem to care. Absolute b**lshit.

Keep sending damaged items out and the quality of the customer service is incredibly mixed, but seems to have deteriorated markedly. Wasted 25 minutes speaking to 4 associates who all said different things and kept connecting the chat to someone else.

Disgraceful effort by Lego on their Pick a Brick service. I ordered almost £50 worth of individual pieces of Lego through the main Lego website on behalf of my son, using his birthday money. It's now a month since he ordered and every time I check the order status, it's still 'in warehouse' waiting to be despatched. Futhermore, each time I've checked the expected delivery time has gone up. When I ordered it said up to 5 x business days, then two weeks later I enquired via the chat facility as to what was actually going on and the estimated delivery time went up to 14 working days. A week and half later, it had gone up to 30 days. I'm now told to expect it to take 50 x business days to allow the items to arrive. Absolutely ridiculous. All sorts of excuses: systems issues, standard pieces taking longer than best sellers, 'that's just how it is' type comments. The worst of it is the complete lack of communication until I get in touch with them. Would never buy directly from Lego website again, and especially not pick a brick. The worst of it is, they won't tackle the issue of a refund right now because its 'a bit tricky' for them, apparently.

My website was cancelled without my permission about 3 months ago due to an “unpaid invoice” which was a system glitch on thier end. When I repeatedly went to the dashboard to pay this invoice, it just would not appear. I raised the issue with thier help center and I was told there was an issue at thier end and all invoices were paid.I still had my website down for 3 months!!! Loosing business and my clients not being able to book sessions with me.As a regulation they offered 10% discount on one of my monthly which effectively works out to $2!!!I was so disappointed..lI rejected the discount and asked them to just reinstate my website. The help support agent offer to waive one months subscription and make my website live.Instead of making my website live and giving me a months subscription free as she advised….she went ahead cancelled my website plan and domain!!I now don’t have a website or my domain. I don’t know what to do and how to get this fixed.I feel very helpless ..I am a small business owner and use my website to showcase my work and this is not cool what jim do have done. The inability to hold them accountable foe thier actions is just so unfair.I ahve been a customer of theirs for years now and this is what I get for loyalty and for referring many friends..

I will never use these again! I ordered tickets for a concert to get an email 8 hours later saying my tickets were suspicious. This has only just been resolved after waiting all day for a reply. I am Fuming! I will NOT! Be using songkick ever again. I will be telling others not too aswell!

I wish there was an option to give no stars on September 8th I booked a ride with lyft and the driver had no customer service skills he was driving crazy speeding even did an illegal u turn in the middle of the road because he passed the street where I was being dropped off he didn't help me put my bags in the car but when we got to my destination he decided to hop out and yank my bags out of the trunk and when I asked to see if anything had fallen out he refused and jumped back in his car and sped off I later discovered that my keys had fallen out of my bag I attempted to contact the driver through the lyft app and not only did lyft advise me that even though it wasn't my fault I would have to pay the driver $20 to return my keys and on top of that the driver never replied to my message so I never got my keys and it's a week later He never responded nor did lyft I even filed a bbb report on lyft because I should have my keys I shouldn't have to pay because it wasn't my fault and if they can't get the driver to return my keys then lyft should have to pay for me getting new ones or get the driver to return my keys and they pay him the $20 he was under the influence of something the car isn't even suitable for lyft I have done alot of riding with Lyft the past couple years but after this I will probably only be using Uber

I recently wrote a review and incorrectly entered wrong money amount and want to make correction. The amount should read $160.00 with wrong grocery delivery with SHAFT to my apartment. My groceries went to someone else and the gal delivering groceries to me was not my order and she was trying to have me accept this. I declined. The charge of $160 went onto my debit card and I am still waiting for refund.

Absolutely horrible,If you're deciding whether or not to trust domain.com and you're reading this please run the other way! I get emails in the middle of the night as they try to slip past their timelines without you seeing their emails, they charge my card without any notice I've had to cancel and change my card somehow they've gotten a hold of my other number through my bank which is a whole problem in its own. Please I urge you find a different website or buy it directly from the ica or whatever the other websites called Do not trust this whatsoever

When I bought crypto my credit did not went through so they locked it and I contacted them but they did not help me to resolved the issues.. stay away from company like this because they can lock u out anytime and unexpectedly...
