As a person making a donation I felt like a squeezed lemon by the time I'd navigated the system. I wanted to give £30. Next comment was'£35 is the average donation'. Really? Then the platform fee was going to be £5.10. I reduced that and paid £31 in total. Any feelgood feelings for supporting a charity was certainly lost on the way.
