The only reason I gave Kayak 4 stars is because of one of their representatives had helped me solved my ticket exchanged issue. 1 star knocked down for the 4 days waiting time. Elijah was a representative from a sale department who technically has nothing to do with the exchange department. I told him my problem and he had it solved within a couple hours versus a zero direct phone call from the exchange department when I was promised a return call for 4 days straight.
