I wanted to edit a video that I created 10 years ago.My account was archived so I unarchived it very easily, but the video was not there.I sent an email asking if I can edit video from 10 years ago.I got ansswered very fast, that my videos will be retrieved in 24-48 hour.So now I can edit video that I made for my grandma's 80's birthday for the last decade to her 90's . How great is that!!! Thanks!!!

What a horrible service! I ordered expensive item and they lost my package. System said „ Now expected by 15 January We’re very sorry your delivery is late. If you have not received your package by today, you can come back here the next day for a refund.” So I asked for a refund and they refused. Horrible company!

Freedom of speech does not mean racism, religious hate, or any other form of hate. That is still illegal in the US like the UK..YOUR platform is a breeding ground for kids grown men and women that can't get there own way. That enjoy racism and hate. I bought a Nokia 9 Pure View with great interest and, because I love the camera. I in fact even wrote into Nokia about how pleased I was with the phone.Cut a long story short, it developed a fault, where it became unusable after about a month. That in its self was not a problem, things do go wrong. But it's what happened next that the problem is, I was treated extremely badly by customer services, they had me going around in circles, everything except repair the phone or refund me. I am telling you quite honestly, I will never buy any of their phones again. I don't know if the top brass at Nokia realise, how bad their customer service is. I am not joking, really in over fifty years years of life, my worst experience, as far as dealing with any company. Horrendous, do yourselves a favour, don't touch their phones with a barge pole. No, I am not exaggerating, I can't put the full details of my interaction with Nokia customer services here, because it long and nuisanced. You will just have to take my word for it, honestly shockingly bad, not just incompetent, but knowingly so.

I have personally implemented and managed many websites using different platforms and the last one was Shopify. Shopify has a built in fraud score but does not compare to the flexibility FraudLabs offers. I have been using FraudLabs for almost a month now and I must say I'm very happy with its flexibility, options and ability to configure almost all aspects of the software, something you can't do at all with Shopify.

I had the worst experience with AAA Roadside Assistance on 6/1, I requested a tow at 4:15pm and was told these exact words “ your request has been confirmed and someone will be there between now and 6:24pm”. I waited until 6:30pm for someone to come and nothing so I called and kept getting transferred allllllllll over the place. I got hung up on 3 different times and finally someone said they would be escalate to a supervisor and someone would get back with me, well that did not happen for hours later. When a supervisor did call me back they gave me another quote for 1:22am for a tow. What in the world? I had to call a tow company and pay out of pocket for my tow when I had already paid my full annual prescription. I am still very disappointed with this service and do not recommend AAA to anyone!

It used to work, but now it won't let me transfer money from my bank account into Venmo. All it says is "Error something went wrong". After a lot of Googling, I found out that you need to have their debit card before the transfer will work. So the first straw was when Paypal (parent of Venmo) tried to fine people for unpopular speech, now the last straw is that Venmo is trying to force me to sign up for their debit card. That just looks way too power-happy for my taste, and there is no way I'm going to trust these people with my money any more.

Lyft is charging extra fees for wrong or unknown reasons. They then make it almost impossible to contact them and inquire about the charge. The chatged me an extra $2.81. Not knowing that the driver got out of the car and went in a store WITH ME. That's where the extra time came from. I don't like untrustworthy companies.
